Workplace Mediation Course

Our delegates range from students to established professionals, for many this will be there first exposure to mediation and for some they will have undertaken many mediations before. Whatever your experience of mediation or ambitions are, our programme will provide you with the appropriate skills required to embark on a successful career as a Workplace Mediator.

At JPLH International, our programme is tailored to provide our delegates with a first rate training programme delivered by trainers who are leaders in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Course overview

At JPLH International, we understand about the importance of learning and how we can best support our delegates. Our programme provides delegates with no less than 40 hours training to enable them to practise as a Workplace Mediator.

Our programme is presented to delegates over the course of five days offering approximately 8 hours teaching per day. We utilise a variety of teaching methods to enhance our delegates’ learning experience, including seminar based learning, trainer led practical workshops and compatible role play sessions. We ensure that our delegates receive bespoke training by adopting a 1:6 trainer to delegate ratio. We carefully assess the individual training needs of our delegates and ensure that each programme is suitably adapted to enhance our delegates learning experience.

Tailored online training

As Online Dispute Resolution gathers pace across the globe, we are able to offer an internationally accessible online training programme for those delegates wishing to practise as Workplace Mediators. We have been providing professional training across a variety of sectors for a number of years and have identified the best methods for the effective delivery of online training programmes.

Our online training programmes are presented via Zoom Pro, our trainers are supported by our team of staff to ensure that delivery of online training runs smoothly. Your privacy is equally important to us, our team of staff adopt extensive safeguards to make sure that are online programmes are delivered in a secure and complaint manner.

During the practical and role play sessions, delegates will be placed in small breakout rooms which will be supervised by a trainer. We appreciate that professional training can be extremely tiring for delegates, of course whether participating in our online training from your office or the comfort of your home, we want you to gain the very best from the programme. Therefore, we ensure that we provide regular breaks to rest and step away from your screens.
