Jamie is a Chartered Company Secretary and Barrister. Called to the Bar in 2006, he continues to practise as a Barrister having spent the last decade in a variety of senior leadership roles for organisations within both the private and public sector. Jamie has significant Board and C-Suite level experience, commonly providing expert insight on an array of corporate issues. He has led, managed and advised extensively on a number of significant governance, risk and regulatory compliance related projects assuring enhanced organisational performance.
