Boardroom Dynamics

The aim of this module is to provide the advanced knowledge, understanding and skills needed for the company secretary/governance professional to support boardroom performance by enabling both effective individual behaviours and group processes.

Our Boardroom Dynamics Course provides delegates with tailored guidance from expert tutors, to help you gain the study skills and knowledge to sit the exam. You will have access to lectures, practice our mock examination questions with access to full model answers and have regular contact with your tutor.

This course covers CGIUKI’s full Boardroom Dynamics syllabus and includes tutor support, the marking of assignments, access to course notes, live lectures and all other learning resources. All course material can be accessed online via JPLH International’s Learning Platform or alternatively it can be downloaded and printed.
