Meet the team

Caroline is a solicitor who was admitted to the Roll in England and Wales in 2006 and to the Roll in Northern Ireland in 2020.  She has gained extensive experience in regulatory and public law work within private practice, local government and for non-departmental public bodies.  She has acted in high profile, sensitive and politically influenced matters. Caroline has gained extensive Board experience, with a particular focus on strategic priorities, forecasting and predicting future changes as well as advising on high profile reputational, financial, resourcing and commercial issues.
